All metal posters are custom-crafted to order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for production and secure packaging. Once dispatched via premium domestic carriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), transit takes 2 to 4 business days. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days from purchase.
What is your return policy?
Because every single artwork is printed specifically to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, we fully insure every shipment against damage or loss in transit.
What happens if my poster arrives damaged?
If your poster arrives bent, scratched, or defective, we will issue a full refund or ship an exact free replacement. Please email your order number and clear photos of the damaged artwork and exterior packaging to contact@graphitebox.in within 7 days of delivery.
How do I mount the metal poster on my wall?
Every print includes a free, hidden mounting kit and simple instructions. The hardware remains completely invisible behind the panel once installed, creating a sleek, premium "floating gallery effect" that sits slightly away from your wall.
Can I cancel or change my shipping address?
Because our fulfillment system is fully automated, orders go directly into production immediately after checkout. For this reason, we cannot accommodate cancellations, address modifications, or sizing changes once submitted. Please verify all your checkout parameters carefully.
